This model house is a relatively small house in Singapore and is located on a corner lot on the roadside in a residential area. The architects have tried to make a most beautiful architectural design from this site. Volumes and the space was maximized as much as possible and they used the ponds and the pool as elements of natural air conditioning for the building. They also designed this house around the beautiful collection of artwork and sculptures from the owner and for that provided for the creation of a large wall containing niches housing the works.
